New York Man, Accused Of Pretending To Be A Cop, Indicted: Superior Court Roundup

Dracut woman indicted on drug, stolen vehicle charges; Merrimack man indicted on strangling charge; Milford man indicted on mischief count.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Abm Faisal, 35, of Lydig Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on a felony false personation charge. He was accused of pretending to be a police officer by displaying lights on his vehicle, acting like law enforcement, in Nashua on May 10, 2021. Joseph Fuller, 47, of Elm Street in Milford, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of throwing a concrete brick into a vehicle and causing more than $1,500 in damage on Dec. 4, 2024, in Milford.

David Grover, 38, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on Spring Street in Nashua on Nov. 11, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in May 2024.

Joseph Hall, 36, of Pine Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He acted in concert with Tylor Angers to steal merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Dec. 17, 2024, according to the indictment. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hall has been convicted of theft — in Hillsborough Superior Court South in November 2009 and Hillsborough Superior Court North in July 2014.

Brittany Hunt, 34, of Parkvale Terrace in Dracut, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and a 2022 Toyota RAV4 belonging to Enterprise Rental Car in Nashua on Sept. 18, 2024.

Carlos Domitriz Santiago, 50, of Elm Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony count operation after certification as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Lowell Road in Hudson on Nov. 24, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender in September 2022 by the Mass. RMV.

Lwaboshi Simwerayi, 28, of Dave Street in Manchester, on stalking, two tampering with witnesses and informants, and three harassment charges, all felonies. He was accused of calling, texting, and Facetiming a woman with a protective order on July 15, July 16, and July 17, 2024, in Nashua. He threatened the woman by saying, “I am going to come after you if you continue with these charges” and “I am going to kick in your door if you take it this far and you know that kind of person I am capable of,” or words to that effect, according to the indictment. Simwerayi was previously convicted of harassment in June 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North and was out on bail after being charged with mischief and resisting from Nashua District Court. Jawn Marc St. Gelais, 45, of Derry Street in Merrimack, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Continental Boulevard in Merrimack on Sept. 27, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2021.

Kirk Stutes, 39, of Central Street in Manchester, on five felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited — buprenorphine, meth, cocaine, and fentanyl, on April 8 and June 27, 2024, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Grafton County Superior Court on a drug possession charge in May 2021.

Benjamin Thompson, 23, of London Court in Merrimack, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 21, 2024, in Merrimack.

Daniel Wayne, 47, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Aug. 29, 2023, in Nashua.
