Nashua Men Indicted On Theft, Drug, Other Charges: Roundup

Plus: Milford man indicted on drug charges; man indicted on firearm criminal threat charge; Waltham woman indicted on felony theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Jeano Plante, 27, of Greeley Street in Hudson, on a felony burglary charge. He is accused of entering an Old Derry Road in Hudson home on April 21, 2019, and stealing a DeWalt table saw.

Julie Politis, 42, of Whitman Road in Waltham, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She is accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of store merchandise from Macy's in Nashua on March 12.

John Price, 51, pictured far right, of Alder Drive in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge. On April 26, in Nashua, he is accused of pointing a firearm at another person's chest.

Rafael Ramirez, 26, of Abbott Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone charge on April 7, in Hudson.

Tanner Ricciardi, 27, right center, of Osgood Road in Milford, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine/dextroamphetamine, buprenorphine, and lisdexamfetamine, in Milford on April 5.

Edwin Rivera-Aponte, 32, homeless, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on Nov. 2, 2017.

Rafael Rodriguez, 26, left center, of Mason Street in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. Sometime between Nov. 1, 2018, and Feb. 28, 2019, he is accused of taking items from various cars from six different victims in Nashua. On Jan. 21, he's accused of stealing a Ruger SR40 handgun from another person in Nashua.

Jason Rowan, 42, of Osgood Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Dec. 12, and Dec. 31, 2018, he is accused of taking more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Lowe's in Hudson.

David Roy, 37, far left, homeless, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on March 24, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug-acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in July 2015.

Aprile Ryder, 39, of Laurier Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge – a bottle of liquor at the Hudson New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on May 10, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, Ryder has been convicted of theft – in July 2014, in Nashua District Court and October 2015, in Rockingham County Superior Court.
