Nashua Man Indicted On Child Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Former Merrimack man indicted on reckless conduct, endangerment charges; habitual offender indicted; man indicted in Milford theft case.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Luis Bernardo Alba, 37, of Broad Street in Nashua on a felony count of pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping a child on more than one occasion between July 1, 2019, and June 20, 2022, in Nashua.
Dwan Anderson, 35, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of reckless conduct-deadly weapon as well as child endangerment and two disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of speeding and overtaking other vehicles in Merrimack, ignoring police trying to stop him, while a child was in the vehicle on June 26, 2022.

Stefan Baringer, 39, of Anvil Drive in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice on Nov. 27, 2022, in Nashua.
Luis Diaz Berrios, 40, of Cedar Street in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to sell and falsifying physical evidence charges on Nov. 11, 2022. He was accused of attempting to impair a Nashua police investigation by throwing a bag of fentanyl from a car.

Jake B. Bois, 26, of Spaulding Avenue in Nashua on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing an electronic box and GPS on Jan. 14, 2021, and money on Feb. 2, 2021, from Souhegan Valley Motorsports in Milford.
Jarad Briles, 37, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on Dec. 1, 2022.
Ronalda Brunner-Cummings, 59, of Tolles Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 5, 2022, in Nashua.
Justin Cadigan, 45, of Cedar Street in Nashua on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of removing tools from a Hudson home on Sept. 23, 2022, and stealing a purse from Rivier University in Nashua on Sept. 30, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, Cadigan was convicted twice before on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2010 and October 2017. Barbara Callahan, 57, of Joppa Road in Merrimack on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Sarah Drive in Merrimack on Oct. 23, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender in June 2019.
Tiffany Clark, 47, of West Clark Street in West Haven, Connecticut, on three identity fraud and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of posing as two different women to defraud three Citizens Bank locations in Nashua and concealing a fictitious driver’s license and VISA debit card from police to impede an investigation on Oct. 20, 2022.
