Manchester Man Indicted On Portsmouth Knife, Arson Threat Charges

Maine woman indicted on drug, reckless conduct charges after I-95 incident; Salem felon indicted on gun charges; Seacoast drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Robert Gates Anderson, 52, of Berry River Road in Barrington on a felony driving a motor vehicle while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Greenland Road in Greenland on Sept. 16, 2021.

Chandra Rose Bailey, 25, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. She was accused of possessing fentanyl on Nov. 29, 2021, and paraflurofentanyl on Feb. 1 while an inmate at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood.

Stephanie Barbour, 32, of Sky Lane in Waterboro, Maine, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies, as well as disobeying an officer, motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock, resisting arrest or detention, driving after revocation or suspension, and driving without giving proof charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs, driving dangerously on Interstate 95 in Greenland by switching seats while in excess of 50 mph, refusing to stop for state police, and other infractions.

Benjamin R. Boynton, 31, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Salem on April 12, 2021.

Angelica Lynn Brown, 26, of Old Dover Road in Rochester on possession of fentanyl and possession of clonazepam charges, both felonies, in Portsmouth on Aug. 19, 2021.

Christopher M. Caldwell, 32, of Pheasant Hill Trail Park in Milford, ME, on a possession of heroin charge on April 3, 2021, in Hampton. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a possession charge in Kennebec County Maine in October 2016.

Marc D. Carter, 51, of Bagnell Avenue in Salem on two felony felon in possession of dangerous weapons charges. He was accused of possessing two Glock 17 9 mm handguns between March 11 and March 17 in Salem after being previously convicted of a felony.

Darek Seth Chamberlain, 27, of Second Crown Point Road in Barrington on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing a laptop, passport, medication, backpack, and other items owned by an employee of York River Landscaping at a Portsmouth location sometime between Oct. 14 and Oct. 15, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Levi M. Coltey, 23, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, criminal threatening, breach of bail, stalking-domestic violence, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was accused of threatening three police officers and a sergeant in Portsmouth with a knife on Oct. 2, 2021, as well as violating bail, violating a protective order, and being accused of threatening to burn down a woman’s apartment if she did not call him on the same day.
