BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Melissa Beth Daigle, 51, of Trailer Home Drive in Salem, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, as well as driving after revocation, motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device, breach of bail, driving without giving proof, and misuse of plates. She was accused of possessing a stolen license plate and stealing merchandise from Walmart in Epping on July 24, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.
Dillon Patrick Denton, 23, of Emerson Avenue in Hampstead, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of sending a Facebook friend request to a protected party on Nov. 27, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in Salem District Court in October 2022.
Aaron Douglas Driver, 33, of Railroad Avenue in Seabrook, on a felony count of sale of crack cocaine, acting in concert with or aided by Kathleen Knowles, to a confidential source working with the Seabrook police, on Nov. 11, 2022, according to the indictment.
Stephanie Joyce Dupont, 42, of Main Street in Somersworth, on operating after certification as a habitual offender, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and aggravated driving while intoxicated-serious bodily injury charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving under the influence on Route 16 in Newington on Dec. 13, 2025, fleeing from law enforcement at a high rate of speed, swerving around other motorists, and causing a motor vehicle collision with serious bodily injury. Dupont was also deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Ashleigh Durant, 36, of Crossroads in Portsmouth, on a felony counts of delivery of articles to prisoners. She was accused of possessing clonazepam in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Jan. 13.
James Joseph Fox IV, 32, of Mary Anne Avenue in Salem, on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of raping an intimate partner on Nov. 25, 2020, in Salem. Fox was accused of requesting the victim to drop the charges on Nov. 12, 2025, in Londonderry.

Matthew P. Gelardi, 31, of Conant Street in Maynard, Massachusetts, on a felony count of second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Jan. 17 in Seabrook.
Stephen Anthony Glosson, 41, of Brads Way in Skowhegan, Maine, on a felony count of possession of methadone on March 5, 2025, in Portsmouth.
Andrew Joseph Gray, 31, of New Haven Drive in Nashua, on attempted burglary and stalking charges. He was accused of attempting to burglarize a dwelling on Ocean Drive in Hampton on Dec. 22, 2025. Gray was also accused of going near a protected party twice on Dec. 22, 2025, after previously being convicted on a stalking charge in February 2023.
Kallie Stephen Grover, 39, of LemyJama Trail in Sandown, on felony unlawful interference with fire alarm apparatus and criminal mischief charges, as well as possession of fentanyl and possession crack cocaine, both felonies. She was accused of damaging a fire alarm at the Rockingham County Jail on Dec. 16, 2025, in Brentwood. The drug charges were from an incident in Sandown on Oct. 16, 2025, according to the indictment.
Cody Julian Harkness, 33, a homeless man now located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct, driving after certification as a habitual offender, falsifying physical evidence, possession of cocaine, and possession of MDMA with intent to distribute-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of riding a motorcycle on Little River Road in Kingston on July 3, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender. After a crash, Harkness was accused of removing the motorcycle’s saddlebags to impede the investigation.
David Hendrickson, 40, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, on falsifying physical evidence, receiving stolen property, and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Salt Salon in Portsmouth on May 31, 2025, and California Burrito in Portsmouth on Jan. 19. Hendrickson was also accused of concealing his DNA by preventing police from taking swab samples on Jan. 19.
