Former Timberlane Championship Wrestler Indicted On Derry Stabbing Charges: Rockingham County Indictments

Elderly Kingston man indicted on child sexual assault counts; Hudson man indicted on burglary, theft, bad check charges; theft indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.

Camden Michael Arbogast, 19, of Jeff Lane in Derry, on reckless conduct and second-degree assault charges. He was accused of stabbing another person in the stomach/abdomen with a knife on April 9 in Plaistow.

Elijah Blue Allman, 50, of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of breaking a glass window at a home in Windham on March 1. Chad Roger Ayer, 18, of Linlew Drive in Derry, on a felony count of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping a woman on Sept. 21, 2025, in Londonderry.

Chad Christopher Breault, 49, of Windham Road in Hudson, on burglary, issuing bad checks, and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a storage unit in Hampstead on Jan. 9 and stealing tools and sports memorabilia. The check charges stemmed from an incident on Dec. 9, 2025, involving checks paid to East Coast Lumber with insufficient funds.

Brian Charles Brettell Jr., 19, of Old Road in Plaistow, on sale of marijuana, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, possession of Delta-9-THC-with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and/or hashish with intent to sell through a minor, two counts of possession of marijuana and/or hashish with intent to distribute, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug paraphernalia-intent to distribute-marijuana vape cartridges, all felonies, and a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The charges stem from an incident in Plaistow on April 24.

William Brouck, 67, of Main Street in Kingston, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and five pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexual assaulting and fondling a girl repeatedly and getting her to fondle him between March 12, 1997, and March 11, 2002, in Kingston.

Samuel Aaron Brown, 24, of Mason Avenue in Kittery, Maine, on burglary and domestic violence charges. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Deerhaven Lane in Exeter, armed with a knife, and threatening to kill a family or household member on April 12.

Megan R. Champagne, 40, of Franklin Highway in Andover, on two felony counts of accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking. According to the indictments, she aided James Welcome in stealing items from Home Depot in Salem on Dec. 14, 2024, by driving the getaway vehicle. Twice before, according to an indictment, Champagne has been convicted on theft charges.

Laura Anastasia Coakley-Silva, 66, of Old Dover Road in Newington, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Newington on May 3. On April 18, she worked in concert with Vanessa Daniels to steal merchandise from Walmart after twice being convicted on theft charges, according to an indictment.

Lisa Marie Coelho, 43, of First Crown Point Road in Strafford, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl in Portsmouth on Jan. 17. She was out on bail at the time of the incident, according to the indictment.
