Man Indicted On Meth Dealing, Burglary, Kidnapping Charges: Court

Plus: Concord man indicted on gun theft charge; Boscawen man faces robbery charges; Mass. man indicted on forgery charges; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Karl Von Husen, 35, of Hanover Street in Manchester or Londonderry on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges, methamphetamine and buprenorphine. The charges stem from an incident on July 16, 2020, in Hooksett and Oct. 7, 2020, in Boscawen.

Joshua A. Waters, 32, of Robin Street in Boscawen on two robbery and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth and fentanyl. He was accused of being in possession of drugs on Oct. 7 in Boscawen. The robbery charges stem from incidents in Concord on Sept. 12, 2020, and Boscawen on Oct. 3, 2020.

Stacey Young, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on sale of meth, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, possession of tramadol, possession of meth, possession of alprazolam, and possession of clonazepam, all felony charges. The charges stem from incidents in Concord on Jan. 22, Nov. 2, and Nov. 16, 2020.

Darwin Bonilla-Garcia, 28, of Prince Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two forgery counts, theft by deception, and attempted theft by deception, all felonies. He was accused of uttering two checks on the account of North Country Golf Car and attempting to cash them in Concord on Oct. 2, 2020, for $10,133.96.

Chad Bourque, 37, of Oak Hill Road in Weare on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methylpenidate charge on Aug. 12, 2020, in Hooksett.

Isaiah Bullock, 22, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Ruger 9 mm firearm from a woman in Concord on Aug. 15, 2020.

Anthony Caperci, 24, of Mapleton Street in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges on Aug. 20, 2020, in Hooksett.

Kyle A. Chapman, 24, of Oak Street in Franklin on sale of meth, three sale of fentanyl, burglary, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of amphetamine with intent to distribute, assault by prisoner, attempted escape, and kidnapping charges. He was accused of working in concert with or aided by Mark Reed to attempt to escape from the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on Oct. 14, 2020, by pushing and kidnapping a corrections officer and locking her in a cell while attempting to open doors. On Sept. 9, Sept. 17, Sept. 19, Oct. 5, and Oct. 8, 2020, he was accused of selling or possessing drugs to sell in Franklin. Chapman was also accused of burglarizing a home on River Street in Franklin on Oct. 8.

Megan R. Champagne, 34, with a last known address of Juniper Street in Manchester on a felony sale of fentanyl charge while on Fisherville Road in Concord on Feb. 19, 2020.

James P. Clark, 47, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a U-Haul van on Sept. 17, 2020, in Hooksett.

Eric Cloutier, 45, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on criminal threatening and domestic violence charges. He was accused of threatening violence against a woman while holding a hammer on Oct. 11, 2020, in Pembroke, and holding a golf club on Nov. 8, 2020, in Pembroke.

Loretta M. Costa, 46, of Pollard Road in Lincoln on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Thorne's in Concord on Jan. 2, 2020, after already having been convicted on theft charges twice before.
