CONCORD, NH — Mark Richard Thompson, born in 1969, of Concord, received a summons at 1:50 a.m. on March 25, 2026, on a camping restricted violation following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Eva Cresswell, born in 2007, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 5:09 p.m. on March 24 following an investigation or incident on Elm Street in Penacook.

Mark D. Yeskis, born in 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on March 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and a willful concealment charge, following an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Adam Jones, born in 1994, of Franklin, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on March 22 on a driving under the influence charge following an investigation or incident on Village Street in Penacook.

Angelo Louis Santiago, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 1:27 p.m. on March 21 following an investigation or incident on Highland Street.

Brenden Michael Manfrates, born in 1996, of Sandown, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. on March 18 on two domestic violence-simple assault charges following an investigation or incident on Cross Street in Penacook.

Deborah Young, born in 1955, of Concord, received a summons at 6 a.m. on Feb. 28 on a simple assault charge following an investigation or incident on Depot Street.

Asende Alinoti, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Feb. 28 on criminal trespass and two breach of bail charges following an investigation or incident at the Morning Star Condominiums at 179 Loudon Road.

David W. Handt, born in 1960, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on Feb. 28 on a felony bail jumping call following an investigation or incident at Sixth Circuit Court of Concord at 32 Clinton St. He is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction from September 1992, according to court records. Handt is back in superior court on April 9 for a plea and sentencing hearing on a subsequent failure to comply charge out of Manchester from December 2024.

Elijah B. Allman, born in 1976, of Malibu, California, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. on Feb. 27 on criminal threatening, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and two simple assault charges. Donald W. Roraback, born in 1963, of Amsterdam, New York, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on Feb. 26, on five breach of bail and five stalking charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on Thorndike Street.
