Raymond Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Barclay Mullen Davis, 20, of Exeter Road in North Hampton on criminal threatening-extended term of imprisonment and felony taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer charges. He was accused of walking toward a North Hampton police officer and telling them, “I’m going to take your f------ gun and kill you with it,” or words to the effect, while attempting to grab the officer’s gun on Feb. 14.

Shannon Lee Dean, 46, of Sawyer Avenue in Atkinson on a felony domestic violence charge. She was accused of cutting an intimate partner with a box cutter after lunging at him on March 15.

Xhoi Docnoka, 28, of Worthley Avenue in Seabrook on five assaults by prisoners charges. Between Feb. 12 and Feb. 13, he was accused of repeatedly striking a person in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Tabitha Crisie Duprey, 34, of South Horseback Road in Burnham, Maine, on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Feb. 13.

James Dustin, 21, of Frying Pan Lane in Stratham on theft by unauthorized taking and possession of tramadol charges, both felonies. He was accused of exercising control over a 2018 Subaru Forester owned by Enterprise between Oct. 16, and Oct. 17, 2022, in Seabrook.

Robert Anthony Eaton, 35, of Centennial Street in Seabrook on burglary and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Seabrook and Nouria Energy in Portsmouth on Sept. 7, 2022, and accused of burglarizing a Collins Street building in Seabrook on Nov. 25, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, Eaton has been convicted on theft charges.

Randy Elwell, 28, of Harriman Road in Raymond on two felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of chasing after another person with a knife and stabbing a bedroom door multiple times while the other person was on the other side of the door in Raymond on March 5.

Jeremy M. Faulkner, 42, of Deer Run in Hudson on two felony conspiracy to commit tampering with witnesses and informants charges. Between Feb. 25 and March 24, he was accused of giving Dennis Reed contact information for a third party in an attempt to induce or otherwise cause another to inform falsely in Brentwood, the indictment stated.

Ariel Feliciano, 30, of Meadowbrook Road in Derry on a felony possession of MDMA charge on Nov. 9, 2022, in Chester.
