Alleged Bank Robber, Drug Dealers, and Others Indicted: Court Roundup
Rockingham Superior Court: Alleged shoplifters and insurance fraudster, Seabrook sex offender allegedly with child porn, also indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted by the Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Alexander Garcia, 47, of 5th Street in Haverhill, MA, for two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, Buprenorphine, all felonies. He allegedly retained gold flakes and gold owned by another person in Salem on Oct. 4, 2016.

Raymond Garland, 46, of Pilling Street in Haverhill, MA, for willful concealment and attempted theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, allegedly on Sept. 11, 2016, at the Walmart in Derry. He was previously twice convicted of theft of property.
Brian Garrigan, 35, pictured lower left, of Cynthia Circle in Seabrook, for two possession of child sex abuse images and two counts of registration of online identifiers, all felonies. On Aug. 12, 2016, in Seabrook, he allegedly possessed child pornography and failed to report two user names that is required of him due to being a convicted sex offender.

Stephen Gingras, 39, pictured lower right, of Edward J. Roy Drive in Manchester, for felony robbery, allegedly at the Citizens Bank in Salem on Aug. 18, 2016.
John M. Halpin, 22 of Berry Road in Derry, for three counts of possession of a controlled drug-hash oil, marijuana, with intent to distribute, all felonies, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on April 6, 2016, in Derry.
James Hardy, 31, of Wright Road in Derry, for two felony counts of insurance fraud. On Sept. 16, 2015, he allegedly made a claim for coverage online with GEICO that he had been in an accident in his 2002 Mustang and allegedly made a second claim on Oct. 23, 2016.
Kayleigh Hill, 28, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 3, 2016, in Seabrook.
Raymond Horak, 55, of Gould Street in Henniker, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Sept. 8, 2016, in Salem.
Brian C. Hurton, 26, pictured lower center, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on April 18, 2016, in Atkinson. He was previously convicted in the District of Columbia.
Ernest Hutchins, 37, of Belgrade Road in Oakland, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, allegedly in concert with Lisa Lee on Aug. 1, 2016, in Portsmouth.
Christopher Isberg, 32, of Robinson Court in Lawrence, MA, for falsifying physical evidence, a felony, and resisting arrest or detention. On Aug. 5, 2016, in Plaistow, he allegedly wrote a false name, birth date, and Social Security number on a piece of paper and gave it to an officer.
Lars Jacobson, 29, of Ina Avenue in Hampton, for felony delivery of articles prohibited-marijuana, allegedly on July 3, 2016, at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood.
