Third Public Screening of 'Reel Montauk' Set For Saturday
The film will take place after the East Hampton Town Historical Farm Museum Christmas Party on Saturday, Dec. 6.

The third public screening of “Reel Montauk”, directed by East Hampton resident John Barrett, will be held during the East Hampton Town Historical Farm Museum Christmas Party. The event will take place on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Farm Museum located on the corner of Cedar Street and North Main Street.
The Christmas party will celebrate the Museum’s first year and runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. followed by the “Reel Montauk” screening and the auction of four Dominy pieces, two blanket chests, a candlestick and a chair from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
Tickets for the auction are $25 per individual and $40 per couple. The money raised from this event will pay for the Farm Museum’s electric and gas bills for the winter.

“Reel Montauk” uses old footage, animation, and original music with insightful interviews of long-time local residents. The film explores the natural beauty and rich history of Montauk.
The host of the film is long-time resident Tom Bogdan of Montauk Adventures. Bogdan details the lives of two major Montauk visionaries: Carl Fisher and Herbert Sadkin. The film depicts how their unique visions led to the Montauk of today.
