<b>Bio</b>: A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Lindsay has been serving communities through Patch since 2009. She first led Scotch Plains-Fanwood, NJ, Patch, the 5th site to launch in the company&#39;s history. From there, she moved on to edit Newport, RI, Patch, before accepting a role as associate regional editor. Lindsay now works closely with multiple Patch editors, helping them provide residents with the best local news and the most engaging forum for community conversation.

<b>Beliefs</b>

<i>At Patch, we promise always to report the facts as objectively as possible and otherwise adhere to the principles of good journalism. However, we also acknowledge that true impartiality is impossible and human beings have beliefs. So in the spirit of simple honesty, our policy is to encourage our editors to reveal certain key beliefs to the extent they feel comfortable.</i>

I can lean either way, depending on the issue. I try my best to be informed on both sides of the argument before making a judgment.

<i>* How religious would you say you are? Casual, observant, devout, non-religious?</i>

I was raised mostly in the Methodist church, but I don&#39;t attend regularly anymore.
