Person Of Interest Sought In Belle Haven Motel Fire
Fire investigators want to contact this person of interest about the fire that started in a motel room.

BELLE HAVEN, VA—The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue is seeking a person of interest in the Virginia Lodge Motel room fire on Monday, Nov. 5.
The fire remains under investigation, and the fire investigators want to speak with the person regarding the fire. He is described as 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 10 and 220 to 225 pounds.
Around 11:05 a.m. on Monday, Fairfax County Fire and Rescue and Alexandria units responded to the fire in a ground-level guest room in the 6000 block of Richmond Highway. Around 40 people were at the motel when the fire happened, but there were no injuries.

Fire damage was contained to the room, although there was smoke damage to adjacent rooms and an awning area. Initial damage estimates are $50,000.
