Purcellville town leaders changed their minds and will be hosting the town's annual Independence Day Parade on Saturday, July 4 from noon to 1 p.m. The parade will follow its traditional route, starting at Loudoun Valley High School and ending at Emerick Elementary School on Nursery Avenue.
