Great Falls Woman Recovering From Attack By Rabid Fox: Report

A former editor at the USA Today newspaper is recovering from serious injuries that she sustained in fighting off a rabid fox Tuesday on a neighborhood street. Linda Kauss, 71, was on her daily walk when the fox attacked her. The fox bit Kauss in the arms and legs, and her wounds were so severe that she lost three pints of blood.>>>Read more.

Virginia To Lift Consumer Ban on Everclear, Other Potent Liquors

Until this year, Virginia has banned the sale to consumers of clear grain spirits above 101 proof, or 50.5 percent alcohol. That makes it one of two states to ban the sale of Everclear (the other is Vermont). But that changes July 1, under a bill recently signed into law by Gov. Terry McAuliffe.>>>Read more.
