• Woodstock approves $119.57M bond plan for Shenandoah University (nvdaily.com) — Woodstock's Town Council has approved up to $119.57 million in conduit bonds to support Shenandoah University projects while earning new fees for local economic development, with no repayment risk to the town. Council also advanced key water, wastewater, park and zoning projects, and backed a Main Street designation bid that could unlock new grants and expert help for downtown Woodstock.
