Obremski, the incumbent, is running against J. Michael McCarthy to represent Ward 2 on the City Council.
Vandiver is running unopposed in Ward 5. Incumbent Shawn MacMaster announced he will not seek a 4th term.
"This is not the outcome we had hoped for because we want to keep the restaurant open," the owner of the Fuddruckers Saugus location said.
Garipay, an incumbent, is running unopposed to represent Ward 4.
