Manchester Man Indicted On Burglary, Attempted Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Tennessee man indicted on child sexual assault charge, Dublin teen indicted on child enticement charge; drug indictments in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Joseph E. Anderson Jr., 40, of Mast Road in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Sept. 3 in Manchester.

Luis R. Bates, 28, of Jewett Street in Manchester on two felony criminal mischief charges. He was accused of destroying a flat-screen television and other property on Aug. 24 in Manchester.

Taunya M. Belser, 32, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on an illegal possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on Feb. 15 in Manchester.

Gregory Berube, 46, of Marion Street in Goffstown, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on July 8 in Manchester.

Edward Bielicki, 71, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to tell Manchester police he left his registered residence by April 8.

Tylor Bloom, 30, of Sawyer Road in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a child between March 18, 2014, and March 17, 2021, Antrim, when the victim was less than 13 at the time.

Adelmo P. Bonilla, 36, of Central Street in Manchester, on burglary, criminal restraint, felonious sexual assault, and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. On Aug. 23, he burglarized a Manchester home, barricaded the door, attempted to pull down a woman’s pants and grab her, and fondled her, according to the indictments.

Adam J. Brady, 31, of Wilson Street in Manchester, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 15 in Manchester.

Zachary Noel, 30, of Pleasant Street in Hooksett, on receiving stolen property and three forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen Glock pistol on July 3 in Manchester and was accused of passing two fake $20s and a fake $50 on Feb. 20 at the Puritan Back Room in Manchester.

Nicklaus Parker, 19, of Valley Road in Dublin, on obscene matter offenses and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of using Snapchat to send a child a photo of his penis to entice a child under 18 to send him nude photos on June 1, 2023, in Francestown.

Ava Williams, 18, of Kienia Road in Hudson, on accomplice to reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, criminal solicitation of falsifying physical evidence, falsifying physical evidence, conspiracy to commit witness tampering, and conspiracy to commit criminal threatening with a firearm charges, all felonies. She was accused of aiding John Williams by driving a motor vehicle through Arms Park while William was accused of firing a gun from the sunroof of the vehicle on July 1. Ava Williams also demanded a woman delete a text message from her phone and remove a shotgun shell from a vehicle, according to the indictments. Ava Williams also agreed with Melissa Tavares when they invited a third person to a home and urged them to falsely take responsibility for the shooting in Arms Park, according to the indictment.
