Manchester Man Arrested On Assault, Threat, False Imprisonment Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — John A. Lawver, 32, of Silver Street in Manchester was arrested at 2 a.m. on July 11, 2024, on felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-false imprisonment, false imprisonment, criminal mischief, criminal threatening, driving after revocation or suspension, and taking without owner’s consent charges as well as disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension, and taking without owner’s consent charges. The charges stem from an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Kaylee Renee Ming, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 1:30 p.m. on July 10 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Corey D. McKay, 45, of Concord was arrested at 11:52 on July 8 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Healy Memorial Park on Basin Street.

Desiree M. Charter, 38, a homeless woman now located in Nashua or Concord, received a summons at 8:30a.m. on July 8 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Broadway.

Darlene French, 59, of Concord was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on July 6 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Comfort Inn at 71 Hall St.

Jonathan C. Lugg, 37, of Claremont was arrested at 1 a.m. on July 6 on a warrant and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Concord Coach Bus Depot at 30 Stickney Avenue. According to superior court records, Lugg failed to appear at final pretrial hearings on June 14 on five assault by prisoner felony charges out of Stewartstown from June 2022 and a felony theft charge out of Colebrook from June 2023. A new hearing is slated for Aug. 15.

Jeffrey David Descoteaux, 34, of Catamont Street in Pittsfield was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on July 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Victoria Page Harman, born 1989, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 6 p.m. on June 3 at police headquarters.

Zachary T. Noel, 29, of Hooksett was arrested at 5:44 a.m. on June 2 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street. According to superior court records, Noel has three active forgery felony charges out of Allenstown and receiving stolen property, felonious use of a firearm, possession of a controlled drug, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges out of Manchester.
