Concord Woman Arrested On Domestic Violence Assault Charges Twice In 3.5 Hours: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Deshawn Emmanuel Parrish, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2024, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 202 N. Main St.

Garrett Rogenski, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 28 on a criminal trespass charge and two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at Starbucks at 240 Loudon Road.

Crystal Irene Garcia, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 4:54 a.m. on Sept. 28 on resisting arrest or detention, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street. Garcia was arrested again at 8:15 a.m. on Sept. 28 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail conditions charges after an incident or investigation on Green Street.

Shaunna Murphy, 34, of Rumney, was arrested on three warrants at 7:27 a.m. on Sept. 28 on felony possession of a controlled drug and loitering or prowling charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Penwood Drive in Penacook. Murphy was wanted on an active warrant from April 26 connected to subsequent drug possession and penalty for offense committed while on bail charges out of Plymouth from December 2022 and second-degree assault-extreme indifference, subsequent drug possession, and child endangerment charges out of Rumney from November 2021.

Shaun Danny McCall, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 7:24 a.m. on Sept. 28 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Zachary T. Noel, 30, of Pleasant Street in Hooksett, was arrested on a warrant at 10:46 p.m. on Sept. 18 after an incident or investigation on Basin Street. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on three forgery charges from Allenstown in January.

Bryar George Bamberger was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Sept. 14 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation at the Legislative Parking Garage at 126 Storrs St.

Laura E. Long was arrested at 6:49 a.m. on Sept. 12 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Raymond J. Blodgett was arrested at 4:45 a.m. on Sept. 11 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at 73 Constitution Avenue. He was also arrested on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Jeremy P. Ducharme, 42, was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at 254 Sheep Davis Road.

Alexander Chance Frost was cited at 10:50 a.m. on Sept. 8 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at 24 Pembroke Road.

Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, was cited at 4:18 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a criminal trespass charge as well as an unlawful activities; litter control violation. Also arrested was Jazmin M. Donovan, 27, of Roy Street in Concord, on felony burglary, felony robbery, and criminal trespass charges as well as an unlawful activities; litter control violation. They were charged after an incident or investigation at 128 Loudon Road.

Eric Mandigo, 43, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:04 p.m. on Sept. 1 after an incident or investigation at the Merrimack River Greenway Trail at 4 Loudon Road.
