Bow Man Reindicted On Child Rape Charges, Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Felon indicted on knife, stalking charges; Concord woman faces mislaid property charge; Hooksett man indicted on strangulation charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shannon Marie Utter, 43, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge from April 16 in Concord.

Matthew A. Van Norden, 37, of Winter Street in Laconia on a felony violation of a protective order charge. He was accused of sending text messages to a protected party on July 1 in Franklin after previously being convicted of violation of a protective order during the past six years.

Kirk Wells, 55, of Ticonderoga, New York, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 89 in Sutton on May 29 after previously being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

William Whicher, 29, of Pearl Street in Franklin on possession of a deadly weapon by a convicted felon, possession of meth, and two stalking with a prior conviction charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug in Franklin on March 21. The weapon charge was from July 30 in Franklin when Whicher was accused of possessing a folding credit card knife. He was accused of stalking a protected party by contacting her via telephone on Aug. 2 and Aug. 16 in Boscawen after being convicted in Franklin District Court in June on a stalking charge. Whicher is a felon due to a forgery charge out of Carroll County Superior Court from April 2019.

Lewis R. Wilkin, 47, of Sunset Drive in Monroe on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 30 in Bow.

John R. Williams Jr., 20, of Pinnacle Street in Hooksett on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling another person twice on Aug. 4 in Hooksett.

Stephon Williams, 25, a homeless person now located in Franklin, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 20.

Joshua Wilson, 20, of Robin Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jun 7 in Concord.

Sheena Aiken-Goyette, 40, of Mountain Road in Concord on a felony theft of lost or mislaid property charge. She was accused of obtaining the property of another woman, a Kate Spade wallet, and failing to turn it in to police on Jan. 19 in Concord.

Ashley Berube, 24, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a possession of fentanyl charge in Boscawen on July 18.

Kenneth Bradley, 56, of Albin Road in Bow on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and five counts felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping, fondling, and kissing children between Jan. 1, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2020; July 1 and July 31, 2019; July 4, 2021, and July 10, 2021, in Bow. Bradley was reindicted on the same charges, putting him on notice for possible enhanced penalty.
