Alleged Drug Dealers, Second-Degree Assaulter Indicted

Hopkinton man indicted on evidence charge, Mass. woman indicted for allegedly bringing drugs to prison, Bow woman indicted on drug charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in April in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Lindsey McNeel, 30, of Hall Street in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-morphine allegedly on Nov. 23, 2016, in Concord.

Paul Mertz, 64, of Hawthorne Hill Road in Hopkinton, for felony falsifying physical evidence and obstructing government administration. Between Nov. 19, and Dec. 2, 2016, he allegedly worked in concert with another to conceal or remove video footage or a digital video recorder system before police executed a search warrant of a location in Pembroke. On or about Nov. 22, 2016, he allegedly put his hands on a Pembroke detective in order to prevent him from preserving evidence.

Bonnie Messier, 35, of Diana Road Drive in Northfield, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Burprenorphine allegedly on Oct. 19, 2016, in an apartment on Liberty Street in Concord.

Donald Miller, 48, of Rumford Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking after allegedly stealing a bottle of vodka from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before of theft related offenses.

Timothy Miller, 37, of Pleasant Street in Concord, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Dec. 6, 2016, in the parking lot of Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord. Previously, he was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Nicole W. Miner, 31, of Clinton Street in Bow, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. The theft charge stems from an alleged incident involving numerous checks owned by another person in Bow between Jan. 3, and Jan. 7, 2017. The drug charge stems from an alleged incident in Hooksett on Feb. 24, 2017.

Lauren Nardella, 36, pictured upper left, of Epping Street in Raymond, for felony theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on Jan. 29, 2017, at the Walmart in Hooksett. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft related offenses.

Zachary Noel, 22, pictured right, of Pleasant Street in Hooksett, for second-degree assault, a felony, for allegedly striking another man in the head with a firearm on March 3, 2017, in Allenstown.

Kimmel Norwood, 41, pictured lower left, of Gilbert Street in Laconia, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on June 9, 2016, on Christian Avenue in Concord.

Christin E. Oliveira, 30, of Staple Shore Road in Lakeville, MA, for five counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited and a single count of delivery of articles to prisoners, all felonies. On Jan. 29, 2017, she allegedly delivered Buprenorphine to Adam Dollof, a prisoner in Concord. At the time of her arrest, she was allegedly in possession of Buprenorphine, fentanyl, Adderall, Alprazolam, and Oxycodone.
