Hillsboro woman indicted on child rape charges; woman accused of possessing stolen gun, drug dealing; man indicted on drug dealing charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jonathan Bellemare, 35, of Auburn Street in Manchester on possession of buprenorphine with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on Sept. 26, 2023, in Manchester.
Taunya M. Belser, 31, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 26, 2023, in Manchester.

Brandon Bilodeau, 46, of Pleasant Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charge on Sept. 26, 2023, in Manchester.
Nicole Carreau, 31, of Leland Avenue in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, possession of buprenorphine, and falsifying physical evidence-discharging a loaded syringe to impair an investigation charges, all felonies, on Sept. 25, 2023, in Manchester.

Jernell Cook, 38, of Read Street in Attleboro, Massachusetts, on a felony count of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a firearm on Sept. 13, 2023, in Manchester. He is a felon due to a drug charge in Massachusetts.
Ryan Gagne, 38, of Conant Street in Manchester on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of trying to get his ex to not attend a court proceeding on July 20, 2023, in Manchester.
Debra Gee, 55, of East Washington Road in Hillsboro on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. She was accused of repeatedly fondling, sexually assaulting, and raping a boy between Sept. 24, 2013, and Sept. 24, 2018, in Hillsboro.
Danielle Genova, 36, of Franklin Street in Concord on receiving stolen property-firearm-a Sig Sauer P229, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of alprazolam charges, all felonies, on May 6, 2022, in Manchester.
Alexis Goulet, 41, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 11, 2023, in Manchester.
Jamal Green, 40, of Cleveland Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking a family member with a leather belt in their legs, arms, shoulder, and neck on Oct. 10, 2023, in Manchester.
Troy Grover, 29, of Wayne Street in Manchester on two felony duty to inform charges. He was accused of not telling Manchester police of a new address and employer on Dec. 23, 2022.
Kais Hammami, 19, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony accomplice to robbery charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Marian Daud, who used force against another person, punching them in the head, while Hammami swiped a phone and ran on Oct. 9, 2023, in Manchester, according to the indictment.
Justin Hart, 25, of Elm Street in Northfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 24, 2023, in Manchester.
Zachariah Head, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property — a stolen 2010 Ford Transit van and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies, on July 26 and July 30, 2023, in Manchester.
Rocky Hutchins, 35, of Cedar Street in Manchester on first-degree assault, criminal threatening, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon-a knife charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing another person in the thigh and threatening them on Oct. 19, 2023, in Manchester.
