Teen From Maine Arrested On Sexual Assault, Computer Services Charges: Concord Police Log

Steven Joseph Hamel Jr., 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 12:52 p.m. on July 11, after an incident or investigation under the Interstate 393 bridge.

Brett R. Boulette, 18, of Cape Cod Hill Road in New Sharon, Maine, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on July 11 on aggravated felonious sexual assault and computer services-user prohibited charges, both felonies, and misdemeanor sexual assault. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Crossing on Whitney Road. Boulette is due back in superior court for a dispositional conference on Oct. 28.

Joel Matthew Caradonna, 44, of Manchester received a summons at 1:24 p.m. on July 11, 2024, on a conduct after an accident charge on Loudon Road.

Meredith R. Simms, 36, of Concord was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on July 10 on witness tampering; induce another and hindering apprehension for murder or felony A charges. Zachary T. Noel, 29, of Hooksett was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on July 10 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Above All Collision at 45 Chenell Drive. According to superior court records, Noel has three active forgery felony charges out of Allenstown and receiving stolen property, felonious use of a firearm, possession of a controlled drug, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges out of Manchester.

Jeffrey David Descoteaux, 34, of Catamont Street in Pittsfield was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on July 9 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge. Officers were sent to 7-Eleven on Loudon Road for a report of a theft. An employee said a man took some beer and started drinking it. The employee described the man as having a teardrop tattoo and was probably standing somewhere outside. Dispatch received another call from a man outside the store looking to speak to police. When the officer arrived, they found Descoteaux drinking from an open 24-ounce can of Truly and confirmed he had teardrop tattoos, the report said. During an interview, he claimed he was trying to obtain cigarettes and a lighter but was denied and admitted to not paying for four cans of Truly, the affidavit stated. When asked where the others were, “he pointed over to the trash can and said that he had thrown them out,” the officer wrote. An officer spoke with two 7-Eleven employees, who said they wished to press charges and had Descoteaux trespassed, too. The total value of the items was $13.56. The officer accused him of emitting a “strong odor of alcohol” while in the cruiser. Descoteaux was held on preventative detention and taken to jail.

James Michael Harrison, born 1985, of Webster was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on July 8 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Seth Griffiths Beyer, 28, of Laconia was arrested at 4:08 a.m. on July 7 on felony possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Market Lane.

Gabriela Marie Smith, born 1987, of Manchester was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on July 6 on DUI, DUI-second offense, felony possession of a controlled drug, driving after revocation or suspension, and alcohol ignition interlock circumvention charges as well as a stop-stand-park prohibited violation after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Adam L. Carmody, 39, of Concord was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on July 5 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Washington Street in Penacook.

Jessica L. Ehrgott, 42, of Concord was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on July 4 on felony possession of a controlled drug and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges and an uninspected vehicle violation after an incident or investigation at the Lun Hing Motel on Fisherville Road.

Adolphe Ndayishimiye, 24, of Concord was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on July 3 on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, criminal threatening against a person with a deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road. Ndayishimiye was held on preventative detention and is due back in superior court on Oct. 17 for a dispositional conference hearing.
