Herbert F. Holland, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Feb. 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 10 West St.

Arpan Darjee, born 2005, of Concord received a summons at 1 a.m. on Feb. 2 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Donald H. Rich, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on Jan. 24 on a driving under the influence charge as well as a lane control violation at 188 Loudon Road.

Charlize Roseberry, born 2003, of Laconia was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:03 p.m. on Jan. 21 after an incident or investigation at McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Jhony Roney Arago De Oliveira, born 1985, of Manchester was arrested at 4:01 a.m. on Jan. 20 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Katelinn R. Eldredge, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 4 p.m. on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and suspension of vehicle registration violation after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.
