Alleged Burglar, Insurance Fraudster Indicted In Merrimack County
Plus, a convicted Concord shoplifter was indicted again, sex offender charged with duty to report, and Maine man indicted on drug charge.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Derek Maltais, 35, lower left, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections, for felony burglary. On May 23, 2017, he allegedly burglarized the Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord.
William Milardo, 54, lower right, of Russell Street in Concord, for felony duty to report. On Oct. 13, 2017, he allegedly failed to register with police. He was convicted of duty to report in Concord District Court in October 2016. According to the state of New Hampshire, he was convicted of attempted felonious sexual assault in March 1991, and felonious sexual assault in July 1987.

Christopher Molis, 28, upper left, of felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 14, 2017, he allegedly stole items from the Bass Pro Shops in Hooksett.

Edward Monty, 57, of Normand Road in Goffstown, on two felony counts of insurance fraud. Between September 2014, and January 2016, and June 2015, and June 2016, in Hooksett, he allegedly made false statements to a public adjuster.
Mark J. Ouellette, 31, of West Clark Street in Manchester, for felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-Clonazepam allegedly on Dec. 6, 2017, in Pembroke.
Shane E. Priest, 34, of Glass Hill Road in Guilford, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-heroin allegedly on Nov. 24, 2017, in Hooksett.
