Elderly Concord Man Again Charged With Domestic Violence: Police Log

Sex offender accused of failure to comply; perp with priors accused of stalking at Royal Gardens; several warrant arrests around the city.

CONCORD, NH — Jonathan M. Ledoux, 25, of Concord was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2024, on a felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested a police headquarters. Ledoux is a sex offender due to being convicted on 10 felony counts of child sexual abuse images; possession in December 2022, after an incident in Bennington in October 2020.

Kyle Arnold Babb, 27, of Chichester was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:24 a.m. on Jan. 29 at police headquarters.

Colter James De Hart, born 2002, of Gilford was arrested on a bench warrant at 2 p.m. on Jan. 28 after an incident or investigation at Petsmart at 299 Loudon Road.

Jennifer L. Healy, 43, of Henniker was arrested on a bench warrant and three warrants at 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 after an incident or investigation at Golden Nozzle Car Wash at 165 Loudon Road. Healy failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court from August 2023 connected to theft and felony receiving stolen property charges out of Henniker from June 2023. She also failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in August 2023 connected to felony drug possession and controlled premises charges out of Manchester from March 2023.

Brian J. Hardwick, 35, of Allenstown was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Family Village on Matthew Street. His bail was revoked in December 2023, after being convicted on an acts prohibited charge in February 2023. Hardwick was indicted on a felony drug possession charge out of Salem on Jan. 11 and is due in Rockingham County Superior Court for arraignment on Feb. 16.

Bulambo Dunia, 36, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a stalking charge. Officers were sent to Royal Gardens around 10:15 p.m. on Jan. 22 for a report of a fight in progress. When they arrived, they spoke with Dunia, who claimed someone was trying to kill him, an affidavit stated. Officers knew him from previous encounters and noted he had no shoes on. When questioned, Dunia said he was at a friend’s home, drinking beer, but then got into an altercation with the friend, the report said. There was also a fight earlier, too, at the CVS after he and his friend went to get beer, and the friend reportedly stole beer from the store, the officer wrote. Dunia said his friend became “enraged” by the incident. Officers asked Dunia to trace back his steps during the incident and when doing so, found his shoes in the parking lot outside of one of the apartments, a report said. Officers continued to attempt to assist Dunia, but he reportedly walked away. Officers also realized who the friend was and knew him from prior encounters. The next day, police learned Dunia was prohibited on the property due to a protection and stalking order. The order was checked and confirmed. Officers also went to the area of the protected party and accused Dunia of being in the area. A warrant was issued for Dunia’s arrest on Jan. 23.

Jayden Ballam-Quiah, 18, of Hanover Street in Concord was arrested at 11:48 p.m. on Jan. 25 on felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, breach of bail, and unauthorized use of a firearm charges. He was arrested after an incident on Hanover Street. Cea Marie Drew, born 1977, of Grafton was arrested at 5:13 p.m. on Jan. 25 on a bench warrant.

Jeffrey M. Wilber, born 1944, of Concord was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on Jan. 25 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Manor Road. He was previously arrested for domestic violence in December 2022.

Nathaniel Joseph Bergeron, 27, of Pittsfield was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 25 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Family Village on Matthew Street.

Linda J. Wilber, born 1951, of Concord received a summons on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus and DUI charges after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 11 Merchants Way.

Brandon Scott Mancini, 33, of Boscawen was arrested at 7:04 a.m. on Jan. 25 on two warrants after an incident or investigation on Thompson Street. He failed to appear in Belknap County Superior Court on a dispositional conference hearing on Jan. 5 connected to a felony drug possession charge in Tilton from June 2023 as well as a violation of probation warrant after pleading guilty to a drug possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2022, connected to a case out of Concord from January 2022.

Bernie Rodriguez, born 1978, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Jan. 25 on felony possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc., DUI, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Brandon M. Miville, 42, of Tiffany Lane in Bedford was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Dec. 21, 2023, on felony possession of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle as well as a defective equipment violation. He was arrested after an incident on Whitney Road.
