Queen City Man Indicted On Indecent Exposure Charge: Court Docs

Roundup: Accused Concord meth dealer indicted; man indicted for threatening to kill family member with a wrench; accused strangler indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Karihungu Ntihinyurwa, 38, pictured upper center, of Royal Gardens in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving a Cadillac on East Side Drive in Concord on June 29, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Katrina M. O'Donnell, 30, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia, on a felony forgery charge. She's accused of uttering a check for $600 on the account of another person and cashing it on March 16, in Franklin.

Zachary Person, 37, upper left, of White Rock Hill Road in Bow, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on May 29, in Concord.

John Pierzchala, 77, of Little Sunapee Road in New London, on a felony habitual offender charge. He's accused of driving on Little Sunapee Road in New London on May 30.

Henry Pratte, 60, upper right, of Goffs Falls Road in Manchester, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge on Dec. 12, 2018, in Allenstown. He is accused of claiming to be a properly licensed plumber, attempting to begin work on a boiler or obtain control of property, and then wanting $1,000 to work on the job.

Nicholas Ramalho, 22, right center, of Water Street in Keene, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge at Target on March 25. Previously, he has been convicted at least twice on theft charges.

Michael R. Reed, 26, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on felony assaults by prisoners charge. He's accused of striking a corrections officer in the face on Sept. 29, 2018, in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men.

Kendra L. Robitelle, 31, lower right, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on June 21, in Concord. At the time, Robitelle was out on bail by the Merrimack County Superior Court on another drug charge.

Hector Rodriguez, 25, of Gilmanton, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and heroin and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. The drug charge was an incident on Cottage Way in Allenstown on Jan. 2. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a possession charge in April 2017, in Merrimack County Superior Court. The theft charge was from an incident involving $29.37 from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on May 24. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2017 and Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in May 2018.

Frank N. Rogers III, 24, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He's accused of exposing his genitals to a child, for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification, on June 8, in Henniker.

Tyler Root, 31, lower center, of Buck Street in Pembroke, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-meth charge from March 20, on Manchester Street in Concord.

Brent Keyser, 34, lower left, of Larkspur Place in Concord, on domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He's accused of threatening to kill a family member with a metal wretch on June 26, in Concord.

Andrew Kendall, 38, of Forest Street in Keene, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on May 31, in Henniker.

Alec C. Jones, 26, of Elm Street in Manchester, on felony reckless conduct. He's accused of using his vehicle as a deadly weapon by driving 145 mph on I-93 in Bow on June 12.

Michael C. Johnson, 34, of Hazel Drive in Concord, on a domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 27, in Concord.
