Alleged Concord, Henniker Drug Dealers Indicted: Court

Felon allegedly chisels another woman in the face, Northfield woman allegedly tries to sneak meth into jail, and habitual offender indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in June in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Tonya Ano, 35, pictured upper left, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for convicted felons and second-degree assault, both felonies. A convicted felon, Ano alleged stabbed another woman in the face with a chisel on March 3, 2017, in Franklin.

Daniel Bain, 31, of Boston Hill Road in Andover, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on April 19, 2017, in Danbury.

Robert Bartlett, 21, of West Street in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute. The charges stem from an alleged incident on I-93 in Hooksett on April 18, 2017.

Samantha Beland, 25, of Shasta Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, Lorazepam, and Diazepam allegedly on Oct. 20, 2016, in Concord.

Kristina Blake, 27, pictured upper center, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, methamphetamine, felony delivery of articles to a prisoner-methamphetamine, felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine as well as possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and obstruction of government administration. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Concord on Nov. 1, 2016, on Prospect Street, April 12, 2017, in Concord, Nov. 28, 2016, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, and Pittsfield on May 10, 2017.

Christopher Boisvert, 30, pictured upper right, of Pemigewasset Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 14, 2017, in Franklin.

Sean Boutin, 51, of Red Water Brook Road in Claremont, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Chichester on April 24, 2017.

Kyle S. Brindamour, 21, of Lambs Way in Danville, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly pointing a firearm at a vehicle in Bow on April 25, 2017.

Gregory Brown, 24, pictured lower left, of Russo Drive in Hamden, CT, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Feb. 22, April 5, and April 28, 2017, on Hall Avenue in Henniker.

Cody Camirand, 24, pictured lower right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on July 28, Aug. 16, Aug. 19, and Aug. 24, 2016, on Hall Street and Loudon Road in Concord.

Patrick Chartier, 26, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 25, 2017, in Pittsfield.
