Two from Laconia Arrested After Alleged Drug Deal on Christian Avenue: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Braden R. Meyer, of Concord, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, operating without a valid license, transportation of alcohol by a minor, unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident on North Main Street near Domino’s Pizza.

Jose D. Wermers, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2016, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at the Regency Hill Estates apartment complex.

Rachel N. McMurray, of Rosemary Court in Concord, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2016, on a warrant.

Jean Claude Mfataneza, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after an alleged incident at Concord Gardens.

James M. Barrett, of Brewster Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2016, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident on South State Street in Concord.

Kimmel Norwood, pictured left, of Union Avenue in Laconia, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, for sale of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Shaine A. Beaulieu, pictured right, of Union Street in Laconia, for conspiracy. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Christian Avenue near the Concord Gardens.

Melony J. Beebe, of Franklin, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at the Sixth Circuit Court of Concord.

David E. Duhamel, of Washington Street in Penacook, received a summons at 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, for generic city ordinance violation after an alleged incident on Village Street in Penacook.

Gary R. Chalifoux, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, on two counts of duty to report. He was arrested again at 6:59 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, on two counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, two counts of manufacture of child sexual abuse images, and three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.

Kirsten L. Porter, of Park View in Newport, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the Dollar General store on Fisherville Road.
