Concord Teen Arrested for Assault at Restaurant: Log

CONCORD, NH — James J. Silva, 45, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, for driving while intoxicate, driving while intoxicated-second offense, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested on Loudon Road near Wendy’s.

Cole T. Bernard, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street.

Jimmy Ndalugilile, 24, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 11:35 a.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road.

Joseph D. Lawrence, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, on a warrant and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at Domino’s Pizza on North Main Street.

Christina M. Krzynowek, 19, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief after an alleged incident at Longhorn Steakhouse on Loudon Road.

Lanny E. Barriault, 38, of Tremont Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, for disorderly conduct after an alleged incident on Washington Street.

Mark H. Sweet, 31, of Sunset Avenue in Somersworth, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, on a warrant after an alleged incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Arthur J. Rainville, 61, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and yellow line violation, allegedly on Fisherville Road.

Nkurikiye Felicien, 43, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road.

Jacob B. May, 21, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for prowling after an alleged incident on Clinton Street.
