Allenstown Man Indicted On 13 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Concord, Franklin, Henniker residents indicted on drug charges; Washington man accused of burglary; Hooksett felon indicted on a gun charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Francis M. Dimarzio, 28, of Park Street in Franklin on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force against a Central Street Laundromat employee during a theft by striking them in the head with a crowbar on Nov. 30, 2022, in Franklin.
Mark Donovan, 65, of Flanders Road in Henniker on acts prohibited; possession of cocaine and acts prohibited; possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Route 202/9 in Hopkinton on June 23, 2022.

Loretta Doxter, 45, of Central Street in Franklin on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 13, 2022, in Franklin.
Jonathon H. Engelhardt, 47, of Hooksett on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons felony charge. He was accused of possessing a pistol on July 1, 2022, in Hooksett.

Dean K. Fiasconaro, 47, of Colby Road in Weare on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of contacting a woman with an active restraining order on Oct. 26, 2022, in Hooksett after previously being convicted of stalking.
John J. Fillinger, 43, of Manchester Street in Pittsfield on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 13, 2022, in Pittsfield.
Phineas Fogg, 39, of Long Pond Road in Washington on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a North State Street building in Concord on Nov. 23, 2022.
Michael Fortier, 37, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 31, 2022, in Concord.
Mark W. Fuller, 39, of Switch Road in Andover on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Kawasaki motorcycle on Battle Street in Webster on Dec. 12, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Gary Gagnon, 62, of Sullivan Drive in Allenstown on 10 possession of child sexual abuse images and three distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies, between March 28, 2020, and June 21, 2022, as well as Dec. 14 and Dec. 14, 2022, in Allenstown.
