Loudon Woman Accused Of Stealing Middle School PTO Funds: Roundup
Concord, Canterbury, and Franklin men indicted on reckless conduct gun charges; aggravated DUI and crash indictment; drug indictments; more.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Julia Cormier, 35, of Chichester Road in Loudon on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of funds from the Merrimack Valley Middle School Parent Teacher Organization on Dec. 11, 2020, in Concord.
James A. Crossman, 32, of North Main Street in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 20, 2021, in Franklin.

James M. Curran, 35, of Old Sutton Road in Bradford on five controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges — meth, fentanyl, alprazolam, clonazepam, and buprenorphine on Dec. 28, 2021, in Hopkinton.
Cory Decato, 37, of Walker Brook Road in Danbury on a felony possession of a narcotic-fentanyl-subsequent charge on Oct. 5, 2021, on Central Street in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2013.

Anthony W. Deforge Sr., 41, a homeless man now located in Franklin on aggravated DUI-serious bodily injury, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, motor vehicles; penalties, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a 2008 Hyundai Sonata at a high rate of speed and causing a crash on Central Street in Franklin on Jan. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the state.
Michael Delehanty, 36, of Prospect Street in Franklin on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of firing a Glock 19 9 mm pistol into the backyard of a residence on Dec. 24, 2021.
Thomas Doheny, 27, of Alexandria Drive in Pembroke on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Aug. 24, 2021, in Concord.
Loretta Doxter, 44, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony possession of meth charge on Nov. 11, 2021, in Franklin.
Hunter Drew, 20, of Village Street in Penacook on reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges. He was accused of aiming a handgun with a laser attachment, making comments about shooting other people, and firing a handgun on Village Street in the presence of two other people on Jan. 22. Kenneth Dufresne, 38, of Battis Crossing Road in Canterbury on three felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of repeatedly firing a gun and placing three other people in danger on Feb. 12 in Canterbury.
