NH Corrections Officer Indicted On OT Theft Charges: Superior Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Taylor L. Caron, 29, of Pleasant Street in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on March 29 in Concord.

Jacquelyn Campbell, 35, of Summer Street in Berlin on possession of buprenorphine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on April 27 on Central Street in Franklin.

Katherine Carr, 41, of Cinnamons Reach Road in Henniker on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth, on March 27 in Henniker. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2018.

Craig A. Come, 35, of Joanne Drive in Hooksett on attempted theft by deception and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of claiming he was entitled to overtime payments for shifts at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men that he knew he did not work between November 2019 and May 2020.

Leah Cordero, 39, of Rabbit Run Road in Warren on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 3 in Concord.

George E. Dockham, 43, of Fairgrounds Road in Bradford on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth counts on March 27 in Henniker. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in October 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Danielle Ranee Donisi, 41, of Short Falls Road in Chichester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and para-florofentanyl mix, charge on May 17 in Concord.

Loretta Doxter, 44, of Central Street in Franklin on possession of buprenorphine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Feb. 18 on Central Street in Franklin.

Steven R. Fereshetian, 32, of Laconia Road in Belmont on a felony transportation of fentanyl charge on March 24 in Concord.

Lindsey Flanders, 38, of Pinewood Trail in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge on Manchester Street in Concord on May 13. Flanders had previously been convicted on a possession of a narcotic drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2021.
