CONCORD, NH — Michelle A. Mundy, born in 1966, of Concord, received a summons at 4:45 a.m. on July 5, 2026, after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.
Regis Irumva, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on July 3 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.
Shaun Gallagher, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on July 3 on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, three resisting arrest or detention, and four simple assault charges. Police were sent to the Railyard Apartments on Langdon Avenue around 2:30 a.m. after dispatch received a report from a caller accusing Gallagher of banging on apartment and hallway walls, according to scanner chatter. Backup was requested when the suspects began assaulting officers. The suspect could be heard telling one of the officers, “Yeah, f--- you.” Gallagher was also accused of threatening one of the officers.
Ciyona Ann West, born in 2003, of Henniker, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on July 1 on disorderly conduct, two breach of bail, and two resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.
Gary Craycraft, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on June 26 on an operating without a valid license after an incident or investigation at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 28 Manchester St.
