2 From Concord Arrested On Driving Under The Influence Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Devin Marquis, born in 2004, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on July 6, 2026, on a driving under the influence charge as well as two unsafe lane change and two failure to use turn signal violations following an incident or investigation on Interstate 93 south at the Exit 14 offramp.

Jazmyn Merchant-Thibeault, born in 2005, of Concord, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges following an incident or investigation on Nasturtium Terrace.

Shaun Gallagher, born in 1987, of Concord, received a summons at 5 p.m. on July 4 on a criminal mischief charge following an incident or investigation at the Railyard Apartments on Langdon Avenue.

Bulambo Dunia, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on July 3 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges following an incident or investigation at Suds Appeal at 47 Washington St.

Morgan Coon, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on July 2 on a driving under the influence charge following an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St.

Commercial St. He was also charged with criminal trespass following an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 175 N. Main St. and released on a summons.

Mark Richard Thompson, born in 1969, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. on June 27 on a criminal trespass charge. Also arrested was Kristina Marie Eddy, born in 1977, of Concord, on a criminal trespass charge. They were arrested following an incident or investigation on Horseshoe Pond Lane.
