Concord Man Arrested On Burglary, Assault, Breach, Stolen Property, Other Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Regis Babu Irumva, 20, of Concord Gardens in Concord was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2024, on a felony burglary count as well as simple assault, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges, as well as possession-use of tobacco product by a minor and unlawful possession-intoxication. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Gardens.

Celia Black, born 1948, of Concord received a summons at 6:52 p.m. on Jan. 2 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Christopher R. Adams, born 1978, of Pembroke was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 2 on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Mark T. Carroll, 45, of Epsom was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Jan. 2 on a warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Aimee Lee James, born 1979, of Milford was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 2 on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident or investigation on McKinley Street.

Jackson Roger Eastman, 20, of Eastern Avenue in Concord was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Jan. 2 on two gross lewdness in the presence of a child under 16 charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at White Park on White Street.

Vernon Glenn Weeks, born 1977, of Page, Arizona, was arrested at 4:11 a.m. on Jan. 2 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus and two driving under the influence charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an incident on Hall Street.

Jennifer Rebekah Hutchins, 49, of Concord was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2023, on illegal kindling of a fire, reckless conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Pitman Street.

Noah Marc Fournier, 41, of Manchester was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on Dec. 19 on a theft by deception charge, a felony due to two prior theft convictions. Also arrested was Holly S. Pickering, born 1985, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road. The case against Fournier was from an incident in August 2023. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Feb. 1.

Denis Morgan Bright, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Dec. 19 on two endangering the welfare of a child charges after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.

Brandon Scott Mancini, 33, of Boscawen received a summons at 5:37 p.m. on Dec. 19 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Water Street.

Jade E. Markham, 26, of Concord received a summons at 12:51 p.m. on Dec. 19 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Terrill Park on Old Turnpike Road.

Kevin P. Driscoll, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 12:48 a.m. on Dec. 19 as well as receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions, credit card fraud-less than $1,000, and theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions charges, and receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions and credit card fraud-less than $1,000. The warrant was connected to an investigation or incident on the railroad tracks across from the Holiday Inn, while the first set of theft charges were after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road. The second set was connected to an incident or investigation on Exchange Avenue.
