Trevor Bonk, 25, of Trask Side Road in Alton Bay, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Dec. 10, 2015, for driving while intoxicated. An officer reportedly saw a vehicle “brake erratically” while driving south on South Main Street. The officer followed, saw the vehicle take a wide turn onto Hall Street, and not use a signal. It then drove onto the double yellow line and the officer attempted to pull the vehicle over but it allegedly kept driving until it turned into the Residence Inn parking lot on Hall Street. The officer spoke to the driver – Bonk – who reportedly stated he was driving his female passenger to her car at the Bow park-and-ride after hanging out downtown. “I observed that Bonk’s eyes were blood shot and had a glassy look to them,” the officer alleged. “I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath.” Bonk allegedly stated that he had one drink, was given a field sobriety test, and then arrested.

Christopher R. Paquette, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2015, for criminal trespass. Officers were sent to Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road after an employee allegedly saw Paquette on the property when it was not supposed to be. The employee pointed to a vehicle in the parking lot and one of the officers noted that he pulled the vehicle over earlier in the morning and Paquette was a passenger inside. The vehicle left the area and headed over to Petco and the officers pulled it over. The driver – a relative of Paquette’s – said they had gone to pick up some food but Paquette reportedly never entered the store. The officer spoke to Paquette who allegedly stated he was going to go into the store but saw the employee and remembered he was trespassed, so he went back to the vehicle. The officer, however, asked Paquette if he had been at the store on Nov. 22, and he denied that he had. “I told Christopher that I had video footage of him inside the store,” the officer reported. “Christopher then stated he had come to Hannaford’s to return an old iPhone at the phone return box in the store. Christopher stated he had gone to the Hannaford’s that day with his parents.” Paquette was arrested with an arraignment scheduled set for Jan. 4, 2016.
