Lebanon Man Accused Of Violating Probation: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Danielle Ashley Lemay, 29, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2021, on a warrant. She was arrested on Black Hill Road.

Martha J. Sartwell, 55, of Concord was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge as well as driving after revocation or suspension, speeding — 11 to 15 mph over the 55 or less limit, and disobeying an officer. She was arrested after an incident on Interstate 93 north Exit 13 onramp. The drug charge was connected to an incident at the Residence Inn on Hall Street. Sartwell has an active theft and drug case in superior court.

Rhianna Frenette, 41, of Concord was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the Residence Inn on Hall Street. Frenette has active drug cases in both Concord and Tilton in superior courts.

Stefanie K. Theriault, 37, of Manchester was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on Aug. 20 on three bench warrants and a warrant. Also arrested was Jeffrey C. Seymore, 34, of Manchester on three warrants. They were arrested after an incident on Ormond Street. Theriault was wanted on a warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court North for failure to appear on March 10 on several drug charges out of Manchester from November 2020. Seymore was accused of failure to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on Aug. 6 on drug charges from February and March out of Manchester.

Ramadhana Idrisa, 35, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 5:41 a.m. on Aug. 20 on a detention and sanctions for default or breach of bail conditions charge. At around 3:30 a.m., officers were called to an apartment on Loudon Road for a report of an assault. The officers made contact with a number of men including Idrisa and accused him of being intoxicated. When asked how much he had to drink, he said a single Guinness beer and denied being intoxicated, an affidavit stated. About an hour later, the report said, Idrisa blew a 0.145 BrAC test and he was taken into custody. The affidavit stated Idrisa had been arrested about 21 hours before and terms of his bail conditions required him to remain sober. After refusing to participate in the booking process, he was taken to the county jail and held.

John Labossiere, 50, of Lebanon was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on Aug. 16 on a violation of probation or parole charge after an incident at Blueprint Recovery Center on Chenell Drive. He was convicted on a robbery charge in March 2016.

Terry L. Chasse, 57, of Manchester was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on Aug. 16 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident at DCYF on Terrill Park Drive.

Fallon Andrews, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on Aug. 16 on a warrant after an incident on South Main Street.
