Loudon Woman Arrested On Forgery Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Caleb P. Keller, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2021, on aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16, driving under the influence-second offense, and driving under the influence charges. He was arrested after an incident on Wiggin Street.

Helmi Marie Ryan, 48, of Concord was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Dec. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Seth J. McNamara, born 1990, of Somersworth was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Dec. 13 on a bench warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 37 Regional Drive.

Mikhayla A. Stevens, born 1998, of Concord was issued a summons at 9:57 a.m. on Dec. 13 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Daniel King, 32, of Concord on 9:10 a.m. on Dec. 13 was arrested on a bench warrant after an incident on South Main Street as well as a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on Loudon Road in Concord, and a criminal mischief charge after an incident at S&W Sports on South Main Street.

Colin P. White, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on Dec. 12 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Zeth Michael Beall, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 2:14 a.m. on Dec. 12 on driving under the influence and criminal threat charges. He was arrested after an incident at Speedway on North Main Street.

Christina Linda Hebert, born 1974, of Snow Street in Concord was cited at 9:31 a.m. on Dec. 12 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Michael A. Drake, 31, of Franklin was arrested on a driving under the influence charge at 1:01 a.m. on Dec. 11 on North Main Street.

Kelsey Shea McCarthy, 30, of Loudon was arrested at 8 p.m. on Dec. 8 on a felony forgery charge as well as theft by deception charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at the Bank of New Hampshire on North Main Street. She is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Jan. 13, 2022. McCarthy is a felon due to drug dealing, attempted drug dealing, and drug possession convictions from 2013 and violation of parole in 2016.

Michael J. Say, 43, of Manchester was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on Dec. 7 on simple assault and criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident on North Spring Street.
