Concord Police Log: Pittsfield Man Arrested On 27 New Stalking, Breach, Prowling Charges
Plus: Thief arrested on new theft charges; Bristol woman arrested on DUI, drug charges; Manchester woman faces child endangerment counts.

CONCORD, NH — Brian Scott Richards, born 1972, of Laconia received a summons at 3:11 a.m. on Feb. 14 on two active warrants. He was charged after an incident or investigation at Cumbies at 196 N. Main St.
Kevin M. Turner, born 1986, of Boscawen was arrested at 4:23 a.m. on Feb. 13 on possession of burglary tools and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation on Broadway.
Scott M. Sanford, born 1972, of Concord received a summons at noon on Feb. 11 on an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Stefanie M. Rossi, born 1985, of Penacook received a summons at 6:28 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. Also charged was Stephanie Richards, born 1983, of Concord on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. They both were cited after incidents at the Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
Casey Paiva, born 1990, of Pittsfield was arrested at 1:34 p.m. on Feb. 8 on stalking-domestic violence-subsequent, stalking-subsequent, and loitering or prowling charges after an incident or investigation on Blake Street. He was also arrested on 12 stalking and 12 breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at Concord District Court at 32 Clinton St.

Jonathan Scribner, born 1995, of Pittsfield was arrested at 10 a.m. on Feb. 7 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at Family Village on Matthew Street and theft by unauthorized taking a felony due to two prior convictions, criminal trespass, and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road. Fifteen minutes later, he was also arrested on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, driving after revocation or suspension, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Hannaford at 73 Fort Eddy Road; theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road; felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus after an incident or investigation at Riverbend at 10 West St.; and theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at NY Smoke & Vape at 132 Loudon Road.
Tanya M. Prince, born 1987, of Manchester was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Feb. 4 on two endangering the welfare of a child charges after an incident or investigation on Blake Street.
Elie Kabenga, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 8:49 a.m. on Feb. 2 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Pine Acres Road.
Melissa L. Lacasse, born 1993, of Bristol was arrested at 11:17 p.m. on Jan. 2 on driving under the influence, possession of controlled drugs, conduct after an accident, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges and yellow-solid line and unsafe tires violations. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street.
Jonathan Lewis Gilman, born 1988, of Manchester was cited at 10:44 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2023, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Hannaford at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
Marissa Marie McDougall, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 115 River Road.
