Chichester Man Faces Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Nicole A. Breau, born 1981, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 1:19 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2022, after an incident on Prospect Street.

Kevin D. Harrington, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on Sept. 22 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jonathan Mathew Nashawaty, born 1998, of Webster was cited at 8:15 p.m. on Sept. 22 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an incident at 121 Loudon Road.

Alexander Roy Mahan, 28, of Concord was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Sept. 22 on a violation of parole or probation charge. He was arrested after an incident on Ferry Street. The charge stems from two penalties; controlled drug act charges from July 2019 out of Concord and violation of probation or parole convictions in April 2020 and on July 13.

Sasha Renee Lee, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on Sept. 4, 2022, on a criminal mischief charge. She was arrested after an incident on Thorndike Street.

Brian Scott Richards, 49, of Alexandria was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 2 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 333 Loudon Road.

Brent L. Keyser, 37, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:35 a.m. on Aug. 26 after an incident at Larkspur Place.

Edward C. Delucca, 36, of Laconia was arrested on a bench warrant at 4:39 a.m. on Aug. 24 after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Jeremy C. Southgate, born 1990, of Sudbury, Massachusetts, was cited on a bench warrant at 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 22 at police headquarters.

Michael Hartley, born 1962, of Chichester was arrested at 2:23 p.m. on Aug. 20 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Kevin Clay Welcome, 61, of Concord was arrested at noon on Aug. 20 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, suspension of vehicle registration, and breach of bail charges after an incident at 164 Loudon Road.

Larry W. Cole, 41, of Concord was cited on a bench warrant at 9:25 a.m. on Aug. 20 after an incident at the 7-Eleven on South Main Street.

Molly Anne Snow, born 1999, of Antrim was arrested at 7:02 a.m. on Aug. 19 on a driving under the influence charge on Prescott Street.

Diane Marie Millard, born 1957, of Londonderry was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Aug. 18 on criminal trespass charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
