Concord, Hooksett Men Arrested On Simple Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Joshua Gary Pike, 36, of Hooksett was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on April 6 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident on Pinehurst Street.

Jason R. Newton, 52, of Concord was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on April 3 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Robert Winston Clark, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. on April 1 on a sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowingly-subsequent charge. A detective auditing upcoming expiring sex offender registrations on March 23 found Clark, who is a sex offender due to possession of child pornography in April 2009, was required to register with police biannually in March and September. His last registration, according to the audit, was Nov. 21, 2022 — meaning he was accused of being about two weeks later. Clark was previously arrested for loitering and prowling in a parking garage on March 16. The affidavit reported he had been repeatedly convicted of duty to report charges between 2013 and 2021.

Andrew J. Ludwig, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on March 29 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Baruani Mmsema, born 1997, of Concord was cited on a bench warrant at 10:07 p.m. on March 23 after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Richard Edward Hughes, 36, of Concord was cited at 11:22 p.m. on March 21 on possession of alcohol beverages on public property and consumption on city property violations. He was charged after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Paul August Yeager II, 41, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on March 19 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender. He was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street.
