Men From Concord, Hill Arrested On Firearm, Reckless Conduct Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kevin Gobeil, 28, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 10:27 p.m. on March 13, 2023. He was arrested after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Seph Kimball Desmarais, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on March 13 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Richard Edward Hughes, 36, of Berlin was arrested at 8:08 a.m. on March 13 on a possession of liquor on private property charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Omar Hutchinson, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was cited at 10:58 p.m. on March 12 on a criminal trespass charge. Also given a summons was Donna M. Gove, 47, of Concord for criminal trespass. They were both charged after an incident under the Interstate 393 bridge in Concord.

Cole Joseph Patoine, 27, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 25 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, unauthorized use-firearm-firecracker, falsifying physical evidence, and criminal liability for the conduct of another charges. He was arrested after an incident on Pleasant Street. Between the time of his arrest and his March 16 bail hearing and April 4 dispositional hearing, a single count of falsifying physical evidence was forwarded against Patoine. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on April 6.

Conor James Cregan, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Feb. 25 on disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, and five simple assault charges. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Kelly Jean Dumont, 44, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 24 and a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Sun Tan City on Storrs Street.

Nicholas Anthony Ferruolo, born 2001, of Hill was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Feb. 24 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and unauthorized use-firearm-firecracker charges after an incident on Pleasant Street. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 6.

Robert John Atwood, 39, of Concord was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Feb. 24 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident on Pillsbury Street.

Stewart William Jones IV, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 24 on criminal threatening and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Shell gas station on Sheep Davis Road.

Rebecca J. Dixon, born 1950, of Concord was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on Feb. 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.
