Concord, Pembroke Men Arrested On Drunken Driving Charges: Log
Plus: Allenstown woman, others face criminal trespass charges; shoplifting incident leads to felony theft warrant; other warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Jackie M. Roberts, 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Aug. 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. He was arrested again at 12:24 a.m. on Aug. 25 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. In the second case, an officer saw Roberts, who they knew from prior contacts, and believed he was trespassed from the store. The officer ran a check, found the trespass order was active, and went to speak with Roberts, who was walking away from the store, a report stated. The order was served on July 17 and Roberts was arrested and held without bail.
Kevin Gobeil, 27, of Concord received a summons at 5:41 p.m. on Aug. 25 on two bench warrants after an incident at 7-Eleven on South Main Street.
Thomas J. Doheny, 26, of Pembroke was arrested at 8:07 a.m. on Aug. 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Craig Stephen Kenyon, 58, of Concord was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 21 on a bench warrant as well as three felony controlled drug charges after an incident on Locke Road. He was arraigned on Aug. 24. The warrant was issued on July 12 on a violation of parole or probation charge after a drug possession conviction in June 2019.
Dustin Robert Hall, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 8:34 p.m. on Aug. 10 on driving under the influence and transport alcohol by a minor charges. He was arrested after an incident on South Curtisville Road near Broken Ground Elementary School.

Jason R. Newton, 50, of Concord received a summons at 6:45 p.m. on Aug. 9 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester Street.
Cassi J. Page, 33, of Woodlawn Drive in Allenstown was cited in a criminal trespass charge at 9:43 p.m. on Aug. 8 after an incident on North Main Street.
Kevin H. Halen, born 1989, of Pembroke was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on Aug. 7 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 126 Manchester St.
Hallie L. Snow, 28, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Aug. 7 on a warrant and a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. An officer was sent to Home Depot on D’Amante Drive for a shoplifter who was accused of taking $150 worth of items — including a Ryobi power tool and battery. A store employee was able to stop the woman outside of the store and said the woman gave the name of Allie Snow, a report said. The officer determined Snow’s real name and also found an active warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court North on a felony theft charge. She was arrested and held without bail.
Corinna M. Pezaris, 53, of Concord was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on Aug. 6 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident on School Street. She was accused of failing to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on drug charges on June 24 and Aug. 4.
Jason E. Supry, 44, of Portsmouth Street in Concord was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Aug. 6 on driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges. An officer on a speed enforcement detail saw a Chevrolet pickup truck on Gulf Street with an expired inspection sticker. The vehicle was pulled over and the driver was asked for a license. The driver, Supry, was accused of admitting he did not have a license, due to a prior driving while intoxicated charge from 2012. “I’m stupid,” the affidavit accused him of stating, “and know I shouldn’t be driving.” Supry was out on bail after being arrested in July on revocation and disobeying an officer charges. He was arrested and held on preventive detention.
