Concord Man Charged With Trespass, Indecent Exposure, Breach Of Bail: Police Log
Plus: Lawrence man accused of fentanyl dealing; Manchester woman, Concord men arrested on drug charges; man faces resisting charges.

CONCORD, NH — Tonya Marie Eden, 53, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 12:40 p.m. on April 5, 2023, after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.
Leonard William Fournier, born 1965, of Concord was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on April 3 on two resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Old Suncook Road.
Richard Edward Hughes, 32, of Concord was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on April 1 on indecent exposure-gross lewdness, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and two breach of bail charges after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Brittany Greathead, 37, a homeless woman in Manchester, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on March 29 on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug as well as disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges and a tail lamp and reflectors violation. She was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street.
Christopher Lee Borges, 43, of Broadway in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. on March 23 on possession of a controlled with intent to sell, sale of fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

David Michael Hall, 39, of Northfield was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on March 21 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident at Speedway on North Main Street.
Corie M. Gibeau, 42, of Penwood Drive in Concord was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on March 17 on conduct after an accident and controlled drug: premises where drugs kept-transport charges after an incident on Mountain Road.
Miles A. Anderson, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord was arrested at 5:28 a.m. on March 16 on criminal trespass and a felony possession of a controlled drug charges. Officers were sent to the Durgin Block Garage on School Street for a report of two men who might be using drugs on the top level. A watch commander also told an officer and sergeant a man was sleeping under a “no loitering” sign. The report said they woke the man, Anderson, up and were told he was trespassed from the garage four days before. “As Miles was collecting his belongings, when he lifted up the mat he had been sleeping on, a small bag of what is believed to be fentanyl was located underneath,” the officer wrote. Anderson was then arrested. During a search, Anderson was accused of possessing a small glass jar with a light brown powdery substance believed to be fentanyl in one pocket while in another, was a capped syringe. “While waiting for Miles’ bail paperwork,” the officer wrote, “he asked me if he was able to get his drugs back. When I told Miles that he does not get them back, he asked me why I was allowed to confiscate everything.”
