Isaiah James Bullock, 22, of Fisherville Road in Concord was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Oct. 21, on two breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to an apartment on Fisherville Road for an unwanted guest but when they arrived, the woman said the man, Bullock, had left five minutes before. The woman accused Bullock of "banging on the door and yelling at her" to let him in and, eventually, she did. While there, he was accused of cursing her out, yelling at her, and threatening to throw a beer bottle at her. "Isaiah was getting more and more irritated," the report said, "(so) she advised him she was going to call police." Later, the reporting officer checked Bullock's record and found he was not allowed to be near the apartment as part of his bail conditions. An affidavit was issued against him and he was arrested the next day.

Ephrem J. Micaiah, 48, of Poverty Lane in Lebanon was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Oct. 15 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. A detective and an officer were sent to Above All Collision on Chenell Drive for a report of a man "refusing to pay and refusing to leave the property," according to an affidavit. The man, Micaiah, was arrested on Oct. 14 on a trespass charge. An employee accused Micaiah of agreeing to pay to get his vehicle back but then, when he arrived at the shop, he refused to pay the fee, the report said. Micaiah told officers he would not pay until they called New Hampshire State Police because they were responsible for paying for his vehicle, the report said. Police told him he needed to pay for the fee to have it released. The affidavit accused Micaiah of disputing the charges. After being asked several times to leave, he refused, the report said. Micaiah was then arrested and held. He also has an active case out of Sutton on a felony theft of service charge-$1,001 to $1,500 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 6, 2021.
