Convicted Thief Arrested On Another Theft Charge: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Derek John Sikora, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 12:46 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2020, on two bench warrants, a warrant, and a felony possession of methamphetamine charge. He was arrested at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street.

Shane Christopher Masters, 40, of Canal Street in Penacook was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on Jan. 31 on four assault charges. He was arrested and held without bail after being accused of grabbing and striking a person in the back of the head with a beer mug, according to an affidavit.

Bryan Sprague, born 1989, homeless in Concord was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Fairfield Drive.

Theodore Jagacki, born 1983, of Henniker was arrested at 5:28 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Pleasant Street Extension.

Sincere T. Thomas, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Jan. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Nyabunguye Tembasi, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on Jan. 30 on criminal trespass, loitering or prowling, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested based on incidentson Loudon Road and the Concord Public Library on Green Street.

Joshua R. Burney, born 1978, of Penacook was arrested at 7:01 a.m. on Jan. 30 on a bench warrant after an incident on Village Street.

Tina Marie Patten, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Jan. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Corey D. McKay, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 12:16 a.m. on Jan. 30 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge based on two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
