Concord Man Indicted On Fentanyl Dealing, Possession Charges: Doc
Plus: Prisoner indicted on smuggling charge; felon indicted on weapon charge; Worcester man accused of possessing stolen dump truck; more.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Shawn Russell, 37, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony conspiracy delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of attempting to smuggle drugs into the New Hampshire Prison for Men between July 14, and Aug. 19, 2020.
David Ligocki, 48, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense, suboxone, charges, both felonies, on Sept. 9, 2020, at the New Hampshire Prison for Men. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

John A. Bousquet, 56, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. He was accused of possessing fentanyl in the Merrimack County Jail on May 29, and June 2, 2020.
Bruce Bailey, 62, of Gary Avenue in Hooksett on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges on July 24, 2020, in Hooksett. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted on a felony drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2016.

Tyler Corriveau, 23, of Theodore Avenue in Allenstown on operating after certification as a habitual offender and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on West River Road in Hooksett on Jan. 17.
Tyler Tessier, 29, of Proctor Street in Franklin on receiving stolen property (two silver spray bottles and a black shifter knob) and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, both felony charges, on March 1 in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice before on theft charges.
Joshua Gabriel Desjardins, 37, of East Side Drive in Concord on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles in Concord on Dec. 11, 2020. Desjardins is a felon due to prior theft convictions.
Michael Arsenault, 34, of Christian Avenue in Concord on one count of crime while released on bail-possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent offense and four counts of crime while released on bail-possession of controlled drug-subsequent offense, cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl-cocaine mix, and methamphetamine, all felonies, on Dec. 24, 2020, in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of acts prohibited.
Richard Macorquodale, 41, of Hanover Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on possession of amphetamine and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, buprenorphine charges on Nov. 26, 2020, in Canterbury.
Jacob Kilton, 27, of Holy Cross Road in Franklin on a possession of buprenorphine charge on Dec. 15, 2020, in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of acts prohibited.
Christopher Coleman, 34, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Feb. 9 in Hooksett.
Juan Gualdarrama, 57, of Ellsworth Street in Worcester, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining or receiving a stolen Chevrolet dump truck on Dec. 28, 2020, in Warner.
Christopher Flanders, 47, of South Emperor Drive in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 27 in Bow.
