Concord Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Weapon Charges: Court Docs
Truck driver indicted on negligent homicide, other charges after fatal crash; Nashua woman indicted on burglary charge; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Brenin A. Reale, 34, of Rosemary Court in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Feb. 19 in Concord.
Nadia A. Mohamed, 36, of Summer Street in Nashua on a felony burglary charge after an incident on Branch Turnpike on May 22, 2020.

Dante Trey Parrish, 24, of South Main Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Batteries and Bulbs store on Loudon Road on March 25 after being convicted twice before of theft.
John A. Bousquet, 56, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on armed career criminal and two criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person’s face as well as smashing a bottle to create a weapon to threaten the person in Concord on April 4.

Kenny J. Robbins, 26, of Freedom Acres Drive in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and fentanyl charges on Jan. 25 and May 8.
Chelsea Fournier, 30, of Merrimac Street in Laconia on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and alprazolam charges on Jan. 13 in Concord.
Tyler S. Alati, 30, of Chestnut Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 22, 2020, in Hooksett.
Jeffrey Vachon, 58, of Pembroke Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on March 23 in Hooksett.
Cody Connell, 29, of Fisherville Road in Concord on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on North State Street while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle and being out on bail on another charge no Nov. 10, 2020, in Concord.
Jacob Toenah, 42, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on March 3 in Concord.
Scott Clark, 40, of Bay Hill Road in Northfield on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of having numerous guns and deadly weapons in his possession on Feb. 23 in Northfield after previously being convicted of a felony in June 2001.
Thomas Taylor, 35, of Plains Road in Andover on negligent homicide, manslaughter, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of causing the death of Estelle Roy by driving a truck on Route 28 in Pembroke on May 26, 2020, while using a cell phone and crashing into another vehicle which then collided with another vehicle. Two other people were also injured during the crash.
